The needs of our clients have to be judged by our trained surveyors so the correctly specified StairGlide can be provided. We need to visit both homes and meet the new user. We also would bring each lift back to our factory for safety checking and reconditioning as necessary. We then could offer a limited warranty on the installation. We do not offer this service for products purchased from other sources or manufactured by other companies.
